Shipping & Returns

Q: How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?
A: Standard delivery time takes approx. 7 to 15 working days to ship to most countries.
- US customers (approx. 5-7 working Days) - wee cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, US postal services may face delay due to unexpected situation such as weather conditions etc.

Weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We operate 3 fulfillment centers. For US customers, your order will be shipped from our Texas fulfillment center. If the item is out of stock in our Texas fulfillment center, the item will be shipped from our other fulfillment centers.

Q: I am from Europe, where will my package ship from?
A: If you are outside the United States, your package may be shipped from our international warehouse in Hong Kong. We may also ship to you from our Texas fulfillment center depending on the availability.

Q: Exchanges: Need a different size?
A: Please notify us through the contact us form located on the contact us page within 24 hours upon your item(s) arrival.  We're happy to issue a one-time size adjustment (shipping fee for exchange service will be reimbursed via in-store credit*).

* Reimbursement of shipping fee varies, depending on quantity and size.
Q: Do you provide refunds?
A:  Please notify us through the contact us form located on the contact us page with the reason within 24 hours upon your item(s) arrival.  

Procedure for Refunds:
- Item must be shipped back to Amtify in brand new condition
- Buyer must ship goods within 3 business days from the day we provide a RMA number to buyer
- Once item is shipped, notify us immediately with the shipment information/tracking.
Amtify will examine goods upon arrival. If goods are in NEW condition, we will provide a refund within 3 to 5 business days ( for order with 10 pcs or more, examination time may take up to 14 business days).
*Please note, Amtify will deduct the shipping fee prior to the refund amount (unless you choose refund via store credit note). Only the item price will be eligible for refund.  Under a refund situation, the Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.  A restocking fee of 30% is applicable for  wholesale orders and orders of 10 items or more.

We provide two options for refunds:

Option A:
Refund provided for the price of the items purchased, excluding paid shipping fees and return shipping fee.

Refunds will be excluded for the following:
- flash deals
- monthly spotlight deals
- clearance items
- for reasons of hygiene, no exchanges/refunds will be offered on Lingerie, Underwear and Accessories(scarves)

Option B: 
Return your items and receive a refund via in-store credit. This will include your items, original shipping fees + your return shipping reimbursement of up to $35. In-store credits will be valid for up to one year and will be issued upon receiving your items in a brand new condition. 

The return shipping fee reimbursement depends on your order and a prior approved amount will be given to you before your shipment is returned.  You will be notified by email within 1 to 2 business days after you submit your refund request.

Q: Do you provide any warranty on the products I purchase from you?
A: Yes, we do provide 6 months warranties on electronics item only. Please refer to terms and conditions page for more details.
Q: How to track my order?
A:  You will be sent a tracking number once your item is shipped via email.  You may track your order through your national post office website, please note that it may take up to 24 - 48 hours before your order tracking information is available from the carrier's tracking system.

Q: If the item is lost in transit, who will be responsible for it?
A: All shipments will have a tracking number. If item is LOST during transit, we will ship you a replacement without any additional cost.  However, customs clearance rules may vary with the destination country, items may be delayed.  Your may also contact your local customs for additional information.  Please contact us if your package has not arrived within 15 business days from the date you receive the tracking number.

***Due to the increase of online fraud, Amtify is like any other company will take maximum effort in preventing online fraud.

If your shipment is lost or stolen, please rest assure, Amtify will reship you your package at no additional charge.
However, we must receive an official request and confirmation from you (the shopper) and we will file a claim with Fedex or USPS for the shipment.
The investigation process may take up to 21 business days and once the claim has been acknowledge by USPS/ Fedex team, we will then reship your package at once.

Due the increase in online fraud, we will not issue refunds for lost package(s).

You may return package for a refund, if you decide not to keep the order.
